Acceptable Use Policy

Please read this Acceptable Use Policy before using our services. Last update: 20/09/2026. This AUP is part of the Terms of Service. Resource limits are in the Fair Use Policy.

1. Responsibility

1.1 You are responsible for your account and for what your staff, customers, and users do on the service.

2. Prohibited use

2.1 It is prohibited to use the service for activity that breaks Cyprus law or these rules. Attempts count.

2.2 This includes, without limitation: child sexual abuse material (we report this); terrorist content; DDoS, floods, scans, brute force, booters, or other attacks against us or anyone else; spam, phishing, malware, ransomware, or botnets; copyright infringement, warez, or pirate streaming; crypto mining or cracking unless agreed in writing; open proxies, open resolvers, or open mail relays; accessing other customers’ systems or our infrastructure; dodging billing or bans; hate speech or threats; sanctions breaches.

2.3 Legal adult content is not allowed on shared web or mail hosting. We may require removal if it puts the platform at risk.

3. Email

3.1 No unsolicited bulk mail and no bought lists.

3.2 Domains that send through us must use SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.

3.3 Marketing mail only to people who opted in. Honour unsubscribes. We may throttle or stop outbound mail that hurts IP reputation. That is not an SLA breach.

4. Security

4.1 Keep software patched. Use strong passwords and two-factor or a passkey where available.

4.2 Tell us if a compromise hits our network. We may isolate a compromised service until it is fixed. You still owe the invoices for that period.

5. Abuse reports

5.1 How to report, what to include, and how we handle a case are in Reporting Abuse.
