Fair Use Policy

Please read this Fair Use Policy before using our services. Last update: 20/09/2026. This policy is part of the Terms of Service. Banned activity is in the AUP.

1. Purpose

1.1 These rules keep the platform usable for all customers. Use only the CPU, RAM, disk, mailboxes, and bandwidth listed on your plan.

2. Bandwidth

2.1 Stay within the monthly transfer on your plan. Unused transfer does not roll over.

2.2 Extra bandwidth, where sold, is charged at the rate on the product page or, if none is listed, EUR 2.50 per terabyte.

2.3 “Unlimited” on shared hosting means fair use, not a link you can saturate all month.

3. CPU, disk, and mail

3.1 Stay within the CPU and RAM you bought. Mining, cracking, or similar farms may be treated as abuse.

3.2 On shared hosting we may limit processes so one account cannot crowd out others.

3.3 Do not use disk as a public file farm or third-party backup dump. Mail storage is for mail.

3.4 We may cap outbound mail to protect IP reputation.

4. Breach

4.1 If you exceed fair use or harm other customers, we may throttle, bill published overages, require an upgrade, or suspend the service.

4.2 There is no cash refund for a suspension under this policy.

4.3 We may change this policy. The new version applies from the date it is published on this page.
