Add Your Email Account on Your iPhone

Follow these steps to set up your custom email (e.g., name@yourdomain.com) on your phone:

1. Open Settings
   Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts.

2. Add a New Account
   Tap Add Account → select Other → then choose Add Mail Account.

3. Enter Your Account Information

   • Name: The name you want to appear on sent emails

   • Email: Your full email address (e.g., name@yourdomain.com)

   • Password: The same password you use to log in to your webmail control panel

   • Description: (Optional) A label for your account

4. Choose IMAP (recommended)
   This keeps your emails synced across all your devices.

5. Enter Server Settings

   Incoming Mail Server (IMAP):

   • Hostname:

     • If your DNS is set up correctly: mail.yourdomain.com

     • If unsure, you can always use: mail.cyprusnode.com

   • Username: Your full email address (e.g., name@yourdomain.com)

   • Password: Your email password

   Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP):

   • Hostname: Same as above (mail.yourdomain.com or mail.cyprusnode.com)

   • Username: Your full email address

   • Password: Your email password

6. Save the Account
   Tap Next or Save. Your phone will verify the details and complete the setup.

All done!
Your account is now synced. You can send, receive, and view all your emails directly from your phone.
