Add Your Email Account on Your gmail
Step 1: Open the Gmail App
Open the Gmail app on your phone.
Tap your profile picture in the top right corner.
Step 2: Add a New Account
Scroll down and tap Add another account.
Then choose Other.
Step 3: Select Account Type
When asked “What type of account is this?”, select Personal (IMAP).
Step 4: Enter Your Login Details
Type in your full email address (for example, name@yourdomain.com) and tap Next.
Then enter your password —the same one you use to log in to your webmail control panel.
Step 5: Configure Incoming Mail Server (IMAP)
Email: Your full email address (name@yourdomain.com)
Password: Your email password (if not already filled in)
Server:
If your DNS is set up correctly: mail.yourdomain.com
If you’re unsure or that doesn’t work: mail.cyprusnode.com (this will always work)
Tap Next to continue.
Step 6: Configure Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP)
Server: Same as above (mail.yourdomain.com or mail.cyprusnode.com)
Username: Your full email address (name@yourdomain.com)
Password: Your email password
Tap Next.
Step 7: Final Setup
You can now choose:
How often your phone checks for new emails
Whether to get notifications or download attachments automatically
Then tap Next.
Step 8: Name Your Account
Give your account a display name (the name people see when you send emails) and, if you like, a short account label to help identify it.
Done
Your email account is now fully set up. You can send, receive, and view your emails directly from the Gmail app.
